Bio

Steve Rourke is a writer living in West Cork. He’s written two novels and a series of stories about Mally, a gardener from Cork. Mally and other characters portray a humorous but poignant side to their lives in the region.

Steve’s stories have been shortlisted in the Frome Literary Festival 2022 & 2023. He’s currently writing a third novel, the latest Mally tale and is working on a musical with his daughter, Sally Williams.
